Reaching out for support is a courageous first step. I understand how challenging it can be to seek help and entrust someone with your story. You are not alone in this process. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I offer a compassionate and welcoming space where you can begin exploring new possibilities for healing and growth.
I support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and seek meaningful, lasting change. With extensive experience in addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, couples counselling, and relationship concerns, I strive to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment for every client.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. I am trained in several therapeutic modalities, including Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I integrate these approaches to provide holistic, personalized counselling that helps clients build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, foster healthier relationships, and move toward greater emotional well-being.
I believe in collaboration, empathy, and respect. Whether you are seeking support for addiction recovery, healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or improving your relationship with your partner, I am here to guide you through the counselling process with structure and compassion.
If you are ready to take the next step, or would like to learn more about how counselling can support your goals, I invite you to reach out.
